About
Volt Lab started as a group chat between three friends who kept arguing about which racing game felt best on a phone. Instead of yelling in text, we decided to write things down, and that turned into this site. Every review here comes from someone who actually played the thing, usually for a few evenings in a row.,We care most about arcade and racing titles, but we don't stop there. If a strategy or RPG grabs us, we cover it too. The common thread is feel: how a game reacts to your thumbs, whether the menus get out of the way, and if it still feels good on the tenth session.,Games get picked a few ways. Sometimes a reader points one out, sometimes we spot something in the charts, and sometimes we just stumble onto a weird little title worth a shout. We don't accept payment to review anything, and we say when something disappoints.,No scores inflated for clicks. If a game is a 4.1, we write 4.1 and explain why. That's the whole idea.
